WLS Series Double Shaft Shredder


The WLS series two-shaft shredder adopts the driving method of double motors and double reducers, and has stronger power for shredding capacity to meet customers' greater capacity needs.

The power of WLS series  shredder is 44kW-300kW.

It is a heavy-duty shearing shredder, suitable for processing solid waste with large volume and high hardness.

1. Dual motor + Dual reducer drive system, low speed, high torque and strong tearing ability;
2. German high alloy steel cutting tools, wear-resistant and durable, long service life;
3. 42CrMo high alloy steel spindle, high precision machining, good mechanical strength and strong impact resistance;
4. Fixed knives are set on both sides of the knife box to prevent material winding, which can be disassembled independently and easy to maintain;
5. Self aligning roller bearing, 4-fold sealing, effective dustproof and waterproof;
6. PLC control system, current monitoring, overload protection, automatic reverse rotation, protection of motor and tool;
7. The equipment has long service life and low maintenance cost.
