SINGLE SHAFT SHREDDER

WLV series single shaft shredder is a medium-to-low-speed, large-torque crushing equipment with a wide range of applications.

The crushed materials can be sold as raw materials or processed by other equipment to produce other products.

According to the type of crushed material, the production capacity of this series of single shaft shredders is between 300kg/h-5000kg/h.

1.Driven by motor and reducer. High transfer power and operate steadily;
2.Alloy steel DC53 moving blade. Each blade can be rotated and reused four times;
3.Moving blade V-shaped arrangement. Two edge blades on th both ends of rotating shaft to prevent material side accumulation;
4.Detachable moving blade is easier to maintain;
5.Synchronous operation of push box to improve the crushing efficiency of equipment;
6.Install shock absorbers to make them shred smoothly;
7.End product size can be adjusted by the screen mesh size;
