WLD Series
Two-shaft Shredder
The WLD series two-shaft shredder adopts the driving method of single motor + reducer, and drives two sets of cutter shafts to pass through the gears at different speeds at the same time to achieve material shearing and shredding.
The power of WLD series shredder is 5.5kW-30kW, it is a kind of light load shearing shredder.
The equipment has a compact appearance and a small footprint, and is suitable for materials with small volume, low hardness and easy handling.
1. Dual motor + Dual reducer drive system, low speed, high torque and strong tearing ability;
2. German high alloy steel cutting tools, wear-resistant and durable, long service life;
3. 42CrMo high alloy steel spindle, high precision machining, good mechanical strength and strong impact resistance;
4. Fixed knives are set on both sides of the knife box to prevent material winding, which can be disassembled independently and easy to maintain;
5. Self aligning roller bearing, 4-fold sealing, effective dustproof and waterproof;
6. PLC control system, current monitoring, overload protection, automatic reverse rotation, protection of motor and tool;
7. The appearance of the equipment is compact and the floor area is small;
8. The equipment has long service life and low maintenance cost.
